Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Salary Range: $120,000–$165,000 per year

Currently on the lookout for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer that has strong capabilities in software development and the ServiceNow platform, in particular ITSM and ITOM. Ideally you will have worked in a healthcare organization or a regulated environment.

The Senior ServiceNow Engineer will provide expertise in administration, configuration and maintenance. There will be a lot of cross-functional work ensuring performance and reliability are upheld with the business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and administration.
• Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and functionalities to enhance business processes.
• Configure and integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications
• Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and process workflows.
• Work with IT security teams to implement and maintain security controls and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of software development and the ServiceNow platform
• knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Reporting.
• understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITOM
• Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; additional certifications (CIS, CAD) are a plus.
